- The internal chamber is a duck or goose feather filling. This is the chamber that gives the pillow its resilience and supports your head in a position that is comfortable for you. - The external chamber is 100% natural grade A duck down. It is the down that gives our large pillow its softness and prevents harder feathers from getting under the cover. The external chamber is covered with cotton satin that seals the down inside the pillow.
