All our downs were washed at 120 degrees Celsius for at least 45 minutes. Remember that the duvet cannot be over filled with down because the down will not breathe and will not fulfill its thermal function. There cannot be too little of it, otherwise cold fields will appear and the quilt will be cold. Additionally, we have used a 3 cm inner wall in this duvet which eliminates cold spots. In this case, we have 100% fluff-proof and very thin cotton batiste with a grammage of 98 gms. Standard duvets usually have a thickness of about 140-150 gsm. Which makes them heavy. The inlet in this quilt is very thin and delicate. The seams hold the same amount of down in each coffer, so you will not hit \u2018cold spots\u2019 while sleeping.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>High seam<\/b> \u2014 in order for the down to keep you warm, it needs to float in the coffers and trap heated air. That is why we use 3 cm high seam, so the down can work freely.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Fluffy lightness<\/b> \u2014 goose and duck down have large particles that collect a lot of air. Therefore, even a small amount of down gives a lot of warmth. A heavy down quilt? Not with us.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What about allergy sufferers who may be irritated by natural down?
